Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for an appointment it may be necessary to re-book you to minimise the disruption to the clinic and other patients.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend for an appointment we ask you to let us know as soon as possible.

Late cancellations may incur a charge.

Failed Appointments

If you fail to attend for an appointment, a charge will be incurred to help cover the cost of the wasted surgery time. Patients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments will be de-registered from the practice.
